Cancellation Policy

At la-moon, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order, or
  • Before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • We may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.
  • If confirmation is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
  • Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in restriction of future COD services.

3. Cancellation by la-moon

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Incomplete or unverifiable payment
  • Delivery limitations to certain locations

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch:

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
  • COD orders will not be charged.

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.


5. Non-Cancellable Items

Orders that have already been:

  • Packed
  • Dispatched
  • Out for delivery

cannot be cancelled. Such orders will fall under the Return & Exchange Policy.
