Return & Refund policy

At la-moon, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.


1. 7-Day Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Requests raised after 7 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage
  • Have all original tags intact and attached
  • Be returned in original packaging

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Inspection & Approval

All returned items undergo a quality inspection.

If we determine that:

  • The product has been used
  • The product has been washed
  • Tags have been removed
  • The garment shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage

The return request will be declined.

In such cases:

  • No refund will be issued
  • The product will be shipped back to the customer

Shipping charges for re-dispatch may apply.


4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to:

  • Product availability
  • Successful quality inspection of the returned item

If the requested size or product is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Store credit, or
  • Refund (as applicable)

5. Refund Process

For approved returns:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting required details.

Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product returned after 7 days
  • Used, worn, or washed garments
  • Missing tags
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Minor thread variations inherent to embroidery craftsmanship

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • An incorrect product

8. Shipping Charges on Returns

Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
